Prioritizing Wellness: Insights from Your Calendars and Phones

Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition 2024 takes a deep dive into the inner workings of exhibitions and events with six unique learning tracks from thought leaders such as Natasha “Coach Coco” Benitez, Executive Performance Coach and Burnout Prevention Specialist at Coach with Coco.

What are your wellness priorities at work, at home and out in the world? Her session, Mindfulness for Executives, Managers and Staff: The Curious Calendar Game, will examine this question with compassionate curiosity using insights from the calendars and/or photos in your phone!

Coach Coco will take attendees back in time, guiding them through an exploration of their wellness decisions to help them understand their daily choices, habits and routines. This session will offer clarity on emotional, social and workplace wellness priorities that empower participants to commit to positive changes.

Capitalizing on wellness research and engaging storytelling, this session delivers valuable strategies to prioritize wellness, so participants can choose behaviors that align with the happy, healthy and fulfilled human they aim to be.

While our new year's resolutions and intentions are fresh on our minds, let's come together in community and create a vision board.

This is event is FREE, FUN and will be filled with value!

Grab your coffee or tea, supplies and create a space at home ideal for crafting your vision board. Register here.

Suggested items to bring: construction paper, a project board, old magazines, newspapers, stickers, glitter, glue and tape. You can also consider creating a digital vision board using Canva.

MY WHY for hosting this event:

Going into 2022, my vision board was focused on finding true LOVE. Words, images and phrases I cut out were intended to keep love top of mind in 2022--and it worked! July 2022, I met someone special and today he and I are deeply in love, living together in a new home and building a loving life as a couple :)
